DESCRIPTION:During this 3-days retreat we will put into practice some powerful tools of transformation: Yoga\, Tantra\, Breathwork\, Naturopathy\, Beathwork and Meditation.  This synergy opens up new paths of healing through the door of the body. Simple but effective techniques that combined will be used during our various workshops.
