I began my journey of self-discovery 15 years ago. Invited to participate in holotropic breathwork sessions, I discovered, thanks to practitioner Patrick Baudin, the transformative power of breath. It could have remained a mere interlude in my life, but it changed everything when, following a dance, I experienced ecstasy. This Christic imprint was the turning point from which I wanted to go further. By “chance”, I went to Peru where I met shamans practicing traditional Amazonian medicine. I then decided to delve deeper into this path. This led me to make numerous trips there and to be trained in shamanic practices, eventually becoming a practitioner of this tradition myself. On the path to authenticity and healing. I returned to my previous passions by rediscovering other practices such as Yoga and the Wim Hoff Method. I discovered that combining these practices was not incompatible but, on the contrary, beneficial. They formed part of a harmonious whole, allowing for the creation of synergies. The arrival of naturopathy revolutionized my understanding of the relationship between body and mind. It is these practices that I continue to integrate and embody, not as a specialist, but rather as a generalist. Having a holistic view of energies and the dimensions of being resonates with me. Thus, my initial quest to rid myself of my demons has, over time, become a desire to share with others the keys that have been given to me, so that they too can liberate themselves, become the masters of their own lives, and choose life instead of illness.
